I am Fatih Sünger, a real estate investment advisor with Parcel Estates in Dubai. Before presenting a project, I want to understand what you need.
I bring experience in real estate, interiors and commercial management together with my master’s education in Business Administration and my Public Relations and Advertising background. This helps me consider a project through its use, lifestyle and commercial reasoning.

What do we discuss in the first conversation?
We clarify your purpose, budget and timeline. Priorities may differ for rental income, personal use or long-term investment.
Why do you not recommend the same project to everyone?
A single project will not fit every budget, intended use or holding period. I compare options against your priorities.
Do the project pages show live availability?
Project pages provide general introductions. We review current availability, unit specifications and commercial terms against relevant project documents when you get in touch.
Can we speak before I travel to Dubai?
Yes. Contact me through WhatsApp or email and we can arrange an online conversation at a suitable time.
How does your background inform the process?
My real estate, interiors and commercial management experience is complemented by education in business, public relations and advertising. I consider who a project serves, how it will be used and how it relates to your goals.
What happens when I complete the enquiry form?
The form prepares a WhatsApp message containing your information. You review and send it in WhatsApp. You can also contact me directly by phone or email.
